Christmas Comes Early!

I fancied making a Christmas card tonight, partly because I was desperate to use this gorgeous image and partly because I always crave Christmas when the sun comes out!

The image is from sheet 30 and is coloured with Lyra Aquacolours and pencils. The rest of the card is made out of very old Christmas stash! The paper is from 2 years ago and the sentiment and ribbon from a HOTP kit from last year.

Sketch Saturday Challenge

Here is the card I made using Mandy's fabby sketch over at Sketch Saturday this week. I flipped the sketch because I didn't want Daisy to have her back to the embellishments! I used this super sweet image from Sheet 29 and some pretty stash I had on my craft table!

Cute Card Thursday Challenge - Bit o' Bling

The challenge this week at Cute Card Thursday is 'Bit o' Bling' and here is the card I made...

For my card I used one of the newly released Christmas images from sheet 27 (I love the sliding Poodle, he reminds me of Todd Carty on Dancing on Ice when he skated off stage!!) I used some Papermania adhesive stones, card candy and Mirri card to add a bit of bling to the card. I decided to give the card a bit of a grunged up distressed look for a change!!

Stampavie and More Challenge - Black and Yellow

The challenge this week at Stampavie and More is a colour combo of black and yellow and here is the card made...

I've used Daisy from Sheet 21 and coloured her with Pro Markers and pencils. The papers are freebies from craft magazines and the flowers are Prima with card candy centres and Papermania ribbon.

I have been trying to post this card all day but have been struck down with computer problems, seems to be sorted now though thankfully!

ABC Challenge - P is for Pearls

The theme this week at the ABC Challenge is P for 'Pearls'. I decided to use my new heart pearls.

I used this cute poodle from Sheet 20, Isn't she just so cute! I coloured her with Pro Markers, added loads of flowers and used up some pink paper scraps. I finally did a bit of doodling and then added my cute pearl hearts! Thanks for looking!

The challenge this week at Secret Crafter is 'New Beginnings' I decided to make a New Baby card...

I've used a Daisy image from Sheet 22 and coloured her with Pro Markers and shaded with pencils. The papers are from my Basic Grey Sugared pad and I've added some glitter to the heart balloon.

4 in 1 Challenge Card

Here is a card I made using Daisy May from sheet 11 and I have made it to cover 4 challenges!

Firstly I have used the colour scheme on Colour Create which is 'Lemon, Pink Sorbet and Chocolate'. My card also fits the challenge this week at A Spoon Full of Sugar which is 'Lace', the challenge at Papertake Weekly which is 'Scraps' and the Basic Grey Challenge which is 'Doodling' with my paper being from the 'Sugared' pad.

I coloured the image with Pro Markers and then added some pink ink around the edges using cut and dry foam. I love these little flowers from Papermania, I've used a whole tube of them in the space of 5 days!!
